Fantastic for building musicality, tap classes demand a type of teamwork and concentration that can become a valuable life skill, as well as being good fun! Building from the very basics and drawing from many different syllabi, students of these classes also get a chance to perform in our biennial shows.
Mini Tap (Age 4-8)

Jazz
Our jazz classes allow your child to explore a range of fun and upbeat styles of dancing, moving and grooving to their favourite tunes! Our jazz classes build confidence, social skills and musicality, as being being a great workout! All our jazz students get to participate in our biennial shows.
Mini Jazz (Age 4-7)
Junior Open Jazz (Age 10-13)
Contemporary
Does your child love to move and feel the flow of the music? Do they love to explore floorwork, leaps, and travelling steps? Would they like to explore dance beyond classical ballet?
Then our contemporary classes might be just the thing! Each class starts with technical exercises to build strength and control, then dancers work on travelling sequences before learning and creating their own choreography!

At Just Imagine we use PBT as part of our pre-pointe programme to help dancers strengthen their bodies and feet ready for the rigours of pointework. Not only a program to improve technique in ballet dancers, PBT has been appreciated and incorporated in training by all forms of dancers and athletes,
